We are seeking an enthusiastic graphic designer with a strong interest in the web. This new team member will passionately craft visual experiences for websites, print materials, and other marketing pieces, with a goal of maximizing the user experience of our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute all visual design stages of marketing assets from concept through final production
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and complete website design for internal and client-based projects
- Manage and lead marketing efforts for company promotion through multiple online verticals
- Digital/social media content development for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and website
- Work directly with clients on implementation, change requests, and marketing support needs
- Develop branding assets and other public facing marketing material for greatest exposure
- Promote design guidelines, best practices and standards for greatest consistency
- Grow user experience and conversion optimization within all media designs
Skills We Are Looking For
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
- Ability to create modern, call-to-action based graphics for print and web
- Solve multiple design problems creatively and effectively
- Confidently communicate with team members and clients
- Organized and self-motivated with a positive team-centric attitude
- Curiosity and desire to learn unfamiliar topics
Nice to Have
- Responsive design and mobile optimization techniques and best practices
- Illustration and photography skills
- Experience with writing content related to real estate and technology
- Working knowledge of online marketing through Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, and other verticals
